What is Nut Nav?

Your Place to Share and Learn

Supported by Ricky Grover, NutNav is a global community supporting each other for those who battle with anxiety and depression.

NutNav is for the people by the people who truly know what it’s like to live with anxiety and depression. NutNav is a platform to share ideas, thoughts and strategies to help combat anxiety and depression.

Our approach to anxiety and depression is open minded. We believe the term depression relates to a state of mind caused by a multitude of components that stack up and lock us into negative thought patterns.

Whilst there are common patterns such as upbringing, trauma, DNA etc that can cause depression – we believe each person is unique and individual and because of that, will have there own unique ‘stack’ of components in the their thought processes that lock them in. That unique stack is much like your fingerprint – they may all look similar – but are unique only to you.

How to Get Involved

Getting involved is simple – if you are on your own journey with anxiety or depression and have made great progress we’d love for you to join our NutNav Facebook Community Group.

NutNav is all about mood navigation. Often our dark days a fueled by the way we think about our life events. We don’t promise healing, but we do offer a place to share ideas and gain knowledge from each other.

One way to lift our own spirit is to reach out and help others in need.  We hope, with your help, to collectively inspire and perhaps give hope to those who may not have a support network around them, so they too can discover the possibilities of their own journey.
